Mechanism The Synchro Glide mechanism is the right choice for those who like to lean back in their chair most of the time and do not need the option of having the ability to engage the forward seat tilt. It has a free-float tilt function with synchronized movement between the back and the seat (2:1 ratio) with tension control and seat tilt lockout. It has independent infinite back angle adjustment and 2 ½” of seat depth adjustment.
